MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Research and document business requirements by facilitating discussions with subject matter experts to understand business needs.
- Represents and advocates AgHeritage needs to vendors and partners and influences on AgHeritage's behalf.
- Actively engages in partner collaborations for lending systems and technology. Engagement is both virtual and in person. Role represents the Association's perspective and interests. Ensures that Association leadership and staff are informed about collaboration initiatives.
- Recommends project deliverables and timelines and leads assigned projects to improve current business solutions and/or implement new solutions.
- Identifies, investigates, recommends, and documents improvements to AgHeritage processes by leading stakeholder discussions/workgroups, researching, testing, and implementing approved process improvements.
- Leads assigned association change initiatives applying ADKAR (or similar as approved) framework.
- Updates manuals for applications and procedures including credit and loan systems.
- Creates or revises training materials for processes that include but are not limited to: Online Banking, Doc Imaging, DocuSign, Loan Origination System (CRM, loan origination, loan processing, servicing)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or information systems or commensurate FCS experience. Five years of related experience in business analysis or project management or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. Farm Credit System and agricultural finance experience preferred.
