Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Calibrate tooling, non-calibrated tooling, vehicle and ground support equipment
Monitor calibrated tooling due date tracking
Reconcile monthly station-calibrated tooling audits with computer spread sheet
Notify Station Management when calibrated tooling is coming due
Ensure calibrated tooling is removed from stock (or aircraft) 30 days in advance per DOD and FAA guidelines
Maintain all GSE records for maintenance and servicing
Maintain GSE equipment and accomplish oil changes, inspections, and maintenance as needed
Support and coordinate calibrated and non-calibrated tooling movements for stations as needed, including shipments from the Tulsa station
Train station personnel to follow correct Tooling procedures
Provide notification to station personnel to ensure compliance of tooling procedure timelines
Ensure replacement tools are available when station calibrated tooling is due for calibration
Create and update spreadsheets for changes to: locations, calibration due dates, and Ground Support Equipment status
Perform research on purchasing calibrated, non-calibrated tooling (specialty items), and ground support equipment
Maintain and repair all vehicles and ground support equipment at Tulsa station
Assign an OAI number to acquired tooling, etch (or mark) OAI number onto respective tooling, and capture this data in spreadsheets and TRAX
Audit tooling stations and update spreadsheets and TRAX as applicable
File calibration certificates, and tooling transfer forms
Organize and inventory calibrated tool room at the Tulsa station
Oversee aircraft toolbox/FAK tooling, ensure replenishment and toolbox repairs are required
Build and/or repair non-calibrated tooling as needed
Comply with special projects on short notice
Must be a self-starter and be able to quickly learn TRAX program and have good computer skills
Perform other incidental duties as may by assigned by the Tooling/GSE Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
Possess valid driver's License
Must have ability to be insured to drive company vehicles
Must be mechanically inclined
Have proficient computer skills

High School Diploma or GED
