Lance Westen is Executive Director of 40 Plus of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc., and the Dr. William Needler Job Forum. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and has worked in the computer industry for 30 years. Using education, networking, accountability, and small group support, 40+ helps people find jobs. Besides job-search skills, we offer hope, and if necessary, rebuild self-esteem and self-confidence. For employers, we offer a free pool of potential employees that spans all organizational levels and industries. All services are completely free, as we are funded entirely by tax-deductible donations and grants.
